Yesterday Jenn asked me to help her find a chicken recipe that she could use for dinner. I loaded up AllRecipes.com and started browsing. I saw a lot of chicken dishes there that I thought sounded awesome to me! So, I decided to make a chicken dinner of my own last night. I ended up using elements from a few different recipe’s I saw. Like Chef at Home’s Michael Smith says, “Close your cookbooks, look in the fridge, fire your imagination and let your instincts and appetite be your guide!” :)
